Terms & Conditions – Innate | Semi-Permanent Makeup

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefuly. By booking an appointment with Innate, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:

1. Booking & Deposits
All appointments require a 25% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from the total treatment cost. Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed.
Your deposit covers the time allocated to your appointment and administrative preparation. By placing a deposit, you are committing to the scheduled date and time.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You must provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or attempt to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, payment will be required in full.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or inability to attend - including illness, travel delays, emergencies, or changes of mind.

3. Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to the cancellation of your appointment at the discretion of the artist and full payment will be required. Please allow extra travel time and arrive punctually.

4. Client Eligibility & Disclosure
By booking, you confirm that:

You are 18 years or older.

You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.

You are in suitable health for semi-permanent cosmetic procedures.

You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, medications, skin concerns, or treatments (e.g. fillers, Botox, peels).
Failure to disclose this information may result in suboptimal results, contraindications, or cancellation at your own expense.

5. Results Disclaimer
Each client's results will vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, health, and adherence to aftercare. Innate cannot guarantee healed outcomes or longevity. In some cases, additional touch-up sessions may be required (not included unless stated).
Photographs may be taken before, during, and after your procedure for documentation and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have your images used, please notify us in writing prior to your appointment.

6. Refund Policy
We operate a strict no-refund policy on all deposits and completed treatments. Once a procedure has been carried out, the cost is non-refundable under any circumstances. We are committed to client satisfaction and will address concerns professionally, but refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to factors beyond our control (e.g. skin retention, lifestyle, healing).

7. Right to Refuse Service
Innate reserves the right to refuse or cancel services at any time, including but not limited to: inappropriate behaviour, contraindications, non-compliance with terms, or at the discretion of the practitioner.

8. Touch-Up Appointments
Initial touch-ups (if required) are not included unless otherwise specified. Touch-ups should be scheduled within 6–12 weeks of the initial procedure. Missed touch-up timeframes may require a full re-treatment at additional cost.

9. Liability Waiver
By attending your appointment, you acknowledge that you are undergoing a semi-permanent makeup procedure voluntarily and assume full responsibility for any potential side effects, risks, or undesired outcomes. Innate and its staff accept no liability for issues arising due to medical conditions, medications, poor aftercare, or undisclosed information.
